Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a session. By booking a session, you agree to these terms:

  1. Booking Confirmation
    Once you complete your booking, a confirmation email will be sent with details of the service, date, and time. Please ensure that the provided contact information is accurate.

  2. Payment Policy
    Payment is required to confirm your booking. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card through PayPal (included on the booking system). Payment details will be shared securely, and all information is handled in accordance with privacy regulations.

  3. Cancellation Policy
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the session time may incur a cancellation fee of 100%. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the full session fee being charged.

  4. Customer Expectations
    We are committed to providing high-quality holistic health services tailored to your needs. To ensure a positive experience, we ask our clients to arrive on time for scheduled sessions, communicate openly about any health concerns or goals, and adhere to the provided guidance for optimal results. Please wear appropriate clothing for your session. If you unsure on what to wear, please get in contact. Respect for staff, facilities, and fellow clients is essential to maintaining a supportive and professional environment. Failure to meet these expectations may impact the quality of the services provided.

  5. Late Arrivals
    If you are running late, please inform as soon as possible. Sessions may be shortened to accommodate the schedule, and full fees will apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be canceled, and the cancellation policy will apply.

  6. Health and Safety
    Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or relevant health information before the session begins. By booking, you acknowledge that you are physically fit to participate in the chosen service and assume any associated risks. Liminal Holistic Health reserves the right to decline service if necessary for health and safety reasons.

  7. Liability
    Liminal Holistic Health shall not be held liable for any injuries or health issues arising from participation in a session, provided all services are delivered with due care and skill. Clients are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional if they have concerns before engaging in physical activities.

  8. Privacy Policy
    Personal information collected during booking is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Data is collected and stored in compliance with data protection laws and used only for scheduling and client communication purposes.

  9. Amendments to Terms
    Liminal Holistic Health reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Any updates will be posted, and continued use of the booking system indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
